"In these challenging economic times it is quite easy to lose site of the community service organizations.  The truth of the matter is that in trying economic times there is more of a need for dedicated citizens and business leaders to join together to help those less fortunate.

Rotary is truly a unique organization that allows you to participate in both local and global initiatives.  As a Rotarian you are welcomed with open arms into a network of fellow Rotarians in almost any major city in the world.  As with any service club, the Rotary will give back what you put into it.  No matter if you are looking for camaraderie and a weekly opportunity to meet with peers, looking to get involved in community projects, or looking to travel the globe to assist in humanitarian projects; the Rotary will benefit your personal and professional development.

One of the main, local projects the Rotary Club of New Berlin will be contributing to in 2009 is a fundraising effort for the New Berlin Police Department.  Our goal is to assist the New Berlin Police Department with the acquisition of Emergency Response Defibrillators for police vehicles.
